He takes the initiative to come up with creative yet simple solutions. Very creative and ambitious, which leads to surprising results, making the products more unique and interesting.
Ivan does a great job and takes edits calmly. He strives for high-quality product design.
Ivan demonstrates a high level of responsibility in handling tasks and always meets deadlines. He actively engages in constructive discussions on UI/UX solutions, making valuable contributions to the conversation.
Confident in his work and a highly responsible team member.
Ivan communicates well with developers, being very critical and responsible when it comes to tasks. He always seeks interesting and new solutions. He is easy to work with and collaborates effectively to solve tasks together.
I had the opportunity to work with him for almost 2 years. Those 2 years were full of interesting projects. It was easy to work with him. He always knew to listen to other opinions and I can say that he has good leadership qualities. He knows how to guide a project from zero to the end. Improvising along the way gets the desired result. He is very responsible, sometimes too much, but I think this is a good quality which defines him as a person.
Ivan built a design system from scratch. He took full responsibility for it and maintains it with care. He understands how to make the system better for mobile UX.
Ivan implemented a completely new method of a design system with variables and UI flows for mobile, making it a well-set-up system.
Working with Ivan always felt like a true exchange. I learned as much as I shared, and our work pushed my design further.

I’ve worked on interface design for e-commerce brand products, in product teams within the gambling industry, and on storytelling, services, and small-scale freelance projects. My experience includes website and app interfaces, landing pages, and the implementation of individual features. I’ve had the opportunity to work on both functionality-focused products and visually rich, highly stylized designs.
Together with product managers and analysts, we defined goals and developed user scenarios. I designed user flows, created wireframes and MVPs, and walked the path with a team from initial hypotheses to final implementation and analysis.
In visually driven projects, I developed concepts and built rich and expressive visual styles into interfaces. And also created illustrations, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the experience.
I worked closely with developers, always aiming to find the best technical solutions — balancing visual richness with performance and implementation efficiency.
Graphic design became the starting point of my career and has served as the foundation for everything I’ve done since. While studying academic drawing in school and interior design at university, I built a strong visual foundation. Over time, I’ve worked with a wide range of formats — from print materials and packaging to web graphics, vector and raster illustrations, and motion design. The visual materials I created were for brands, events, websites, and apps, both as a freelancer and as part of product and design teams.
In every project, I began by understanding the context and goals. I always considered the needs of the audience, the client’s business objectives, and the environment where the material would be displayed, ensuring that my designs met all these factors.
I created product designs based on a design system and also participated in system development. As part of the design systems team and the application product team, built a design system for applications.
While developing the system's logic, I closely collaborated with developers, analysts, and product managers. In my work, I followed the basic principles of building the system: modularity, tokenization, atomic design, scalability, and flexibility. Was involved in all stages of system construction from atoms and basic components to templates, screens and use cases, creating a single language for all participants in the process.
The system I developed was tested on real projects and demonstrated its value both for the business and for designers and teams. It simplified the development process, increased consistency, and enabled faster implementation of new functionalities. After the project handoff, the system continued to be used and evolved within the team, adapting to new requirements.
My experience in brand design covers not only visual identity, but also brand strategy, user communication style, and the optimization of production processes.
I’ve developed complete visual systems — from logos to guidelines for using graphic elements. As a designer, my first goal was always to create a visually strong and appealing identity. At the same time, I focused on functionality and long-term consistency, because branding should be sustainable and effective in everyday use.
When creating a brand, I always considered the specifics of the business and the client’s goals. I took part in market research, audience and competitor analysis, and helped shape positioning strategies.
This experience taught me to approach branding as a system — to understand its role in the business, identify user touchpoints, and ensure smooth integration into real workflows.
Having grown from a junior designer to a team lead, I led a team of 6–7 designers over the course of three years. I handled task distribution, quality and deadline control, worked on design alongside the team, conducted reviews, and supported the growth of colleagues — while continuing to grow myself. I managed the creation of visual identities, marketing materials and campaigns, and web products.
I aimed to stay involved at every stage — not just sharing an idea, but following it through to the final implementation in production and development stages.
One of my key strengths in this role is the ability to form a clear and consistent vision, communicate it to the team, and achieve strong visual results.
Took on the role of a product designer for an e-commerce division, an application design system. Also worked on redesigns of websites and apps, feature development, technical refactoring, and UX product improvements.
Projects included both launching new products from scratch and evolving existing ones. Followed a systematic approach: from brief and analysis to prototyping, aligning solutions, and delivering final designs. After release, tracked metrics and introduced improvements.
Experienced in both structured workflows with clearly defined roles and stages, and flexible environments where I handled the full cycle — from idea to implementation.
Worked on gamification within gambling projects, where users were engaged not only with the core content but also with game-like platform mechanics.
Adapted and enhanced gamification mechanics to meet project needs. Worked on visual and interactive styling, and was involved in developing various systems — progress tracking, user and game levels, goals and achievements, missions, collections.
The main focus was on creating an engaging user experience that encourages users to stay within the product and interact with the gamification system.
I'm a multidisciplinary designer from Moldova. I've been into design and art since an early age, and have been working professionally for about 8 years. Over the years, I’ve worked in different areas — marketing, branding and identity, art direction, UI/UX for web and apps, and design systems.
Throughout my journey, I’ve developed both my technical and artistic digital skills. I like being involved in every part of the design process —from concept to production — with attention and care.
I’m currently open to new opportunities and looking for a fresh place to continue my design journey.
